Part I - Bringing Healing, Light & Spiritual Strength to Yourself

There are five distinct stages to the prayer and meditation we will do together during the live sessions. The universal healing mantra, Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung, is to be vibrated three times at each stage of the meditation.

To begin, sit in a meditative position, spine straight, hands resting on your lap. Take a few moments to quiet the mind and slow the breath.

Visualize a beautiful white flame in the center of your being, in the healing space of your heart. With every breath, see it progressively expand and surround you in a sphere of sunlight.

Feel love, warmth and healing, radiating from this white flame in your heart, permeating every cell of your body. Let it warm your heart and heal the core of your being. Let this most beautiful, healing Light continue to expand and its brightness increase, filling the space around you. See yourself in a vast sea of Light. Feel its healing, restorative warmth shining in you, through you and all around you. With the breath that binds all God's creatures, send this loving and healing light out upon the Earth, so that it may heal and lift the Spirit of all those caught in the midst of challenges, pain and suffering. Let the Light expand throughout the whole world and shine toward the stars until the entire Universe is enveloped in this all-embracing Light. There is nothing but Light. You are one with the source of all Light.

Take a deep breath and prayerfully vibrate: Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung. Repeat three times, as you continue sending pure thoughts of Love, Peace and Light to all.

Part II - Bringing Healing, Light and Harmony to the Capital of the United States, Washington D.C.

Now turn your healing focus to Washington D.C..

See the white light becoming more and more concentrated there.

Take a deep breath. Hold a moment and prayerfully vibrate Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung. Repeat three times as you continue sending pure thoughts of Love, Peace and Light to Washington D.C..

Part III - Bringing Light to the United States

Now, in your mind's eye, visualize the United States of America.

See it surrounded by a beautiful cloud of white sunlight. See everyone receiving the healing warmth of Light in their heart.

Take a deep breath. Hold a moment and prayerfully vibrate Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung. Repeat three times as you continue sending pure thoughts of Love, Peace and Light to the United States.

Part IV - Bringing Healing, Light and Harmony to the World

See your country surrounded by a beautiful cloud of white sunlight, and expand that light to the entire world. See every human being on the planet receiving the healing warmth of light in their heart. Let it raise their consciousness for a world of harmony.
